Backing up our Veritas classes on Artificial Intelligence, our September movie will be the now classic The Matrix. This is a 1999 film about machines versus mankind. A computer hacker named Neo discovers that all life on Earth is nothing more than an elaborate facade created by a malevolent cyber-intelligence called “the matrix.” It is the computer program the machines use to run the world. Human life is used solely to provide power to the machines. Neo joins the resistance to overthrow the Matrix.
