St. John’s will host a church safety workshop for the diocese on September 11.  Charlie Cutler, from Church West Insurance Services will be covering many of the emerging trends that we are seeing in ministries today. You will gain a better understanding for the basis of church liability, regulations (and those that are changing in California), top reasons why ministries are sued, and how protecting your youth is changing.

You’ll leave with tools for your ministry including a model employee handbook designed for California churches, updated child protection program, facility use agreements, free access to online training materials, and much more.
